Similar to last year 2025 in numbers is way of looking back at what I have done and what mattered to me. I set a few goals at the start of the start of 2025 (cycling and swimming) and other items I follow since I find it interesting to look back to see how the patterns change over the years. My main goal this year was to exercise every day. That ranged from a 4 hour 70k cycle to a 20 minute walk around the block. The key was to do something daily. So here are the stats.
In addition to the “do something every day”, the two main exercise goals were to cycle 100km a week and swim more than 120,000m over the year (which I managed in September).
Managed over 5000km mainly on the bikes, which I think is more than I drove in the van.
My Spotify age was a couple of years older than expected but only contains about half of my listening.
I seem to be at my most “ready” in May.
